Wonderful hotel with outstanding staff! It is perfectly located on a 5 minutes walk from the beach; a lot of options for food and drinks around. Sanur is a good location if you plan a trip to Nusa Penida, too, since the harbour is at a 10 mins drive. Very varied and big breakfast buffet; their rooftop pool is really nice, and the beds are super comfy. I asked for a quiet room, and I was not disappointed: I could fall asleep to the sound of birds chirping. The staff goes above and beyond for you: a special thank to Manik who found me a perfect driver (Putu Edi) who drove me all the way around the island for a very honest price and also gave me a lot of useful tips and took pictures of me. Their SPA has competitive prices: try the Balinese massage with Koming, and you won't regret it!

There is little wooden structure inside the room hence no mold smell which is great. Kettle is available upon request. The breakfast and swimming pool are nice. Roof top view is great!! ▶ Can refill 2 water bottles a day ▶ Beach is 3 minutes walk!! A convenient store & money changer within 1-min walk. ▶ Most of the receptionist were very helpful. ▶ Bring your own tooth brush and paste. Bring your own slippers if you are not used to flip flops.

This was our third stay at Artotel Sanur, and we keep coming back for a reason. It is great value for money. The rooms are spacious and very clean. The breakfast buffet is great and Lidah Lokal is a lovely restaurant to have dinner at and to sit for breakfast. The rooftop pool and bar are the perfect place to chill and to hide out for the bouts of rain in the rainy season. The spa is great, especially the massages by Novi and Trisha. The staff is the best, upon arrival, most remembered us from the past years. A special shoutout to Dita, Nova, Erik, Perdi and Benji for having great service and conversation.

This is really a nice hotel with excellent service. The hotel is located within quick walking distance to the beach, and surrounded by many shops and restaurants. We had a really warm welcome, room is extremely clean and is incredibly comfortable. Gorgeous swimming pool. Most of the staff are absolutely fantastic! Jaya, Gunggus, Uca, Wahyu and Azhar are amazing, so helpful and super friendly. Lovely breakfast buffet, and we strongly recommend the place and would definitely stay here again in our next visit to Bali.

Breakfast was a real treat with so much variety of food and very good service. The hotel is located a couple hundred metres from the beach front and only a five-ten minute walk to shops.
